Cheryl Buskirk
Cheryl longs to draw out of women what God has placed in them as well as to encourage them in a world that is lacking in that arena. The world’s value system is so counter to God’s that women in particular need to be reminded of their value—seeing themselves as God sees them—as a unique reflection of Himself with gifts and passions that He has placed there to be unveiled and used for His purposes; thus living in His will. The end result is joy, peace, and a sense of purpose. She says, “He has a plan for all of our lives. Finding out that each of us has a unique gift that we can use to magnify God—to bless Him back—will ultimately lead to the peace and fulfillment that we all crave but the world fails to deliver.”
Cheryl is currently the wife of a pastor and mother of three. In this stage of life, she enjoys sunny days, watching her kids play soccer, baseball, and basketball; reading, writing, and imagining the day when she’ll have time to draw and paint the things she finds so beautiful.

Kathy Key
Kathy has a vision for leading women to know Christ and His unique purpose for every woman. She coaches women in the second half of their life to finish well through discovery of their purpose and calling. Leadership coaching is also an integral part of Kathy's coaching, focusing on women in minstry and women in business. She speaks year round to women's ministries and organizations.
The early part of her years were spent in corporate management, but her passion for women's ministries led her to direct women's ministries teams for over 12 years. She is a licensed minister with the Assemblies of God.
Kathy has been married to her husband, Ron, for 28 years and has two sons. She loves to read, lunch with girlfriends at Panera, cook and travel the world.
